The Restaurant Association’s industry advisory groups are proudly supported by key partner, Gilmours
The Restaurant Association is dedicated to ensuring a thriving a diverse hospitality industry and building a future for the next generation of hospitality professionals has never been more important.

Including rangatahi (young people/younger generation) in the conversation and providing the tools to help them learn about our industry in ways they will find accessible, engaging, inspiring and challenging is a critical component to attracting new people into our workforce and ensuring a flourishing, inclusive industry.
The Association’s Engaging Rangatahi initiative aims to connect with those in the industry that represent the future, those with visions and drive to grow our industry, possibly in their own way, to help guide us and collectively we can create a better future for everyone.
